Uddeholm Dievar
Uddeholm Dievar is a premium Cr-Mo-V alloyed hot work die steel with good hardenability, good hot strength and excellent ductility and toughness. It is recommended when the demands on ductility and toughness are particularly high.
Uddeholm Impax Supreme
A pre-hardened mould steel that polishes and photoetches very well. It is suitable for a wide range of plastic injection moulds, blow moulds and extrusion dies for the plastics industry. Uddeholm Impax Supreme is supplied at 290–330 HB. The material corresponds to grade 1.2738/AISI P20.
Uddeholm Orvar 2 Microdized
Uddeholm Orvar 2 Microdized is a Cr-Mo-V alloyed tool steel (AISI H13) with good strength and wear resistance at high temperatures. It is widely used in aluminium extrusion. A broad range of round sections is made from this material. It corresponds to grade 1.2344/AISI H13/EN X40CrMoV5-1.
Uddeholm Orvar Supreme
Uddeholm Orvar Supreme is a high-performance alloy steel with very good resistance to heat checking and cracking. It has good toughness and ductility in all directions. It corresponds to grade 1.2344 / AISI premium H13 / EN X40CrMoV5-1.
Uddeholm QRO 90 Supreme
A high-quality hot work die steel with very good strength and hardness at high temperatures. It also has good thermal conductivity.
Uddeholm Unimax
Uddeholm Unimax combines toughness and wear resistance and is suitable for many tooling applications in both cold and hot work. It is widely used for plastic moulds and for tools that operate under severe conditions.
Uddeholm Vanadis 23 SuperClean
Uddeholm Vanadis 23 SuperClean is a high-alloy powder-metallurgy high-speed steel for long production runs that demand very high resistance to mixed wear (abrasive and adhesive) or where the working surface is at risk of severe plastic deformation. The material is close to grade 1.3344/AISI M3:2/EN HS 6-5-3.
Uddeholm Vanadis 30 SuperClean
Uddeholm Vanadis 30 is a cobalt-alloyed high-performance high-speed steel. The cobalt addition improves hot strength. Hot strength and resistance to plastic deformation are key properties when making cutting tools from high-speed steel. The material corresponds to grade 1.3207/M3:2+Co/EN HS 10-4-3-10.
